No-Show and Cancellation Policy
To avoid fees, please confirm or cancel your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice. If you miss an appointment or cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, a fee of $50 to $200 may apply, depending on the appointment length. This fee is not covered by insurance and must be paid before your next visit.
Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require a deposit for future appointments and could result in dismissal from the practice.
