How the Referral Program Works

Refer a friend, family member, or coworker to ProCare Family Dental. When they schedule and complete their new patient visit, you will both receive a $50 dental credit toward future care.

• Your referral must mention your name when booking
• The referral must complete their new patient appointment
• Both of you receive a $50 dental credit after completion

Program Details & Terms

• Valid for new patients only
• Credits cannot be combined with other promotions
• Credits are not redeemable for cash
• Credits must be used within 12 months
• One referral credit per immediate family household
• Unlimited referrals allowed for friends and extended family
• Program subject to change without notice
