We ask that all new patients resolve all charges in full at the time of the initial visit. If you have dental insurance, please bring a completed insurance claim form with you. Please remember that no insurance company's policy will cover all dental costs.
We will be happy to assist you in obtaining the maximum benefits to which you are entitled. However, the agreement of your insurance company to pay for your dental care is a contract between your insurance carrier and you. If you do not have insurance, we request that you pay for services on the date rendered. We accept Checks, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also offer our orthodontic patients no-interest 12-month payment plan. For patients with extensive restorative Dentistry, we offer a low-interest finance program upon approval.
Our administrative staff will be happy to assist you in selecting from the various financial options available.
Insurance: We accept CIGNA, Delta Dental, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Principle, Metlife, Aetna, United Healthcare, Humana, Guardian, Dental Network of America and most major Insurance Companies.
Patients without Dental Insurance?
Affordable Dental Coverage for you and your entire family.
We have developed our In-House Dental Savings Plan for our existing patients and future new patients who do not have Dental Insurance. Our Dental Plan allows us to offer our Quality Dental Care at more attractive fees for the entire family. Members of our Dental Plan, for a small annual membership fee, get the needed Preventive Dental Care (Cleanings, Exams, X-rays, Fluoride) for free and will gain access to our reduced fee schedule of 15% off our Usual & Customary (U&C) fees for 12 months.

- Cosmetic Dentistry is covered.

Provisions of our Dental Plan:
- Co-Payments must be paid at time of service.
- $50 (plus) fee for broken appointments with out 48 hr. notice (Depending on length of appointment).
- This is NOT a dental insurance product.
- It CANNOT be combined with any other dental insurance or financing programs such as CareCredit.
- Membership fees and plan discounts are subject to change on an annual basis.
- Memberships will automatically renew on the anniversary date.
- Discounts do not apply on other offers and specials the office runs.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
