We ask that all new patients resolve all charges in full at the time of the initial visit. If you have dental insurance, please bring a completed insurance claim form with you. Please remember that no insurance company's policy will cover all dental costs.
We will be hapy to assist you in obtaining the maximum benefits to which you are entitled. However, the agreement of your insurance company to pay for your dental care is a contract between your insurance carrier and you. If you do not have insurance, we request that you pay for services on the date rendered. We accept Checks,VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also offer our orthodontic patients no-interest 12-month payment plan. For patients with extensive restorative Dentistry we offer a low interest finance program upon approval.
